What should I expect before my pet's first stay?

New clients complete their pet profile and required forms before service. A meet & greet may also be scheduled to help us learn your pet’s personality, routine, needs, and comfort level before welcoming them into The Skooby Shack family.

How do I request pet care?

New and existing clients can request services through our online client portal. Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until approved. We recommend requesting care as early as possible, especially for holidays and other high-demand dates.
